Confirm that you have the Prismatext app installed.
Prismatext books can be accessed via the Prismatext mobile app (available on both iOS and Android). In addition to all of the bells and whistles you'd expect in a high quality e-reader, we're also adding more cool features like audio pronunciation and density variants.
Confirm that you've used the correct email address to log in.
In order to see your books, you'll need to use the same email address you used to make your purchases. (If you used PayPal, it will be your PayPal email address.)
